My Initial Reaction

So what happened to me and my marriage? After a few weeks of working through Amy’s program, I really began to notice some changes. Not just in my spouse, either. I was a more caring person, making sure that I was keeping our marriage in mind at all times.

One thing I always want to know before purchasing a digital product (or even a printed book) is who the author is. Finding out about the author’s background and expertise in the subject is important, especially if you want to make sure you are getting a good product. I look for three things when evaluating the creator of a product:
1. The motivation for creating the product
2. His or her background and experience in this field
3. Relevant personal experience or passion on the subject.
So let’s take a look at Amy Waterman and see how she stacks up when it comes to marriage-saving advice.
1) What is Amy’s Motivation for creating Save My Marriage Today?
Amy has spent years helping other couples save their marriages. It takes a specific mind set to get into that field as a career. The money isn’t really all that great, and you’ve got a lot of other people’s problems thrown on you all the time.
Knowing that Amy has been counseling troubled couples for years tells us that she is actually motivated in saving relationships, and not making a fast buck.
2) What is Amy’s background and experience in the relationship field?
Well, let’s see: Amy is a writer, by trade, and she has helped to author six books on relationships and self-confidence. She has been counseling others to save their marriages for years, and other professionals in the field of relationship counseling often consult her for their own products.
It’s safe to say that Amy has an extensive background in the relationship counseling field!
3) Does Amy have any relevant personal experience or passion for the subject?
I couldn’t find any information that stated Amy had gone through a tough marriage. Amy has saved thousands of marriages (her record stood at 2,734 at the time of this writing). She has also been hired to consult for many other digital products, and has written for magazines and newspapers on the topics of: love, self-confidence, and relationship advice.
3) Is there a solid return policy for Save My Marriage Today?
Since this product is sold through ClickBank, it must adhere to their standard terms. These terms include allowing CB to handle the financial transaction, as well as any requests for refunds or returns. Any product sold through CB is required to allow for a 60 day return policy. If you aren’t satisfied with this product, you can be absolutely certain that you will get your money back, so long as you file your request with the CB report staff within 60 days of purchase.

First, let me say that I did not have to return my copy of Save My Marriage Today. Within a few weeks of putting the product to the test in my failing marriage, I was able to turn things around. I am still married, and can say that both my spouse and I are truly happy.
So what criteria do I have for evaluating the return policy of a program I didn’t return?
Well, you need to understand two things about the program to see why I can validate the return policy.
- This program is sold through a vendor known as ClickBank. I have purchased from them on numerous occasions before.
- I have returned several products to CB when those products did not meet my expectations.
You have to understand something about CB before reading any further: they only accept quality products. They have three policies that should make you confident in anything you purchase from them:
A) Products are reviewed before being offered through the ClickBank system, ensuring they meet FCC guidelines and that the product actually offers what it advertises.
B) Products with statistically high numbers of refund requests are pulled from the shelves until the author addresses the issue.
C) Every product sold through CB must carry a 60 day return policy, and this policy is to be handled directly by CB, not the creator of the product.
You see, ClickBank has a reputation to uphold as the world’s most trusted distributor of digital products. They have been around for some time, and they allow thousands of vendors and customers to interact through a trusted platform.
If they have evaluated a product and put it up for sale on their website, you can be sure to find a quality product that provides what you expect.
I have had two instances where I was dissatisfied with a product worth mentioning. The first involved a product that was simply different than what I expected. It wasn’t the creators fault, I just misunderstood what I was purchasing. I emailed the CB customer support team and my money was back right away.
The second issue came with a member’s area for a second product. I had trouble logging in. After a few weeks of this, I simply requested a refund. It turns out dozens of others had, too.
